Looking to nourish the spark in your relationship? Whether you’re dating, married, or long-term partners, this holistic wellness evening is a gift to your connection.
Join Liliana de Lima, world-renowned professional dancer, and Riikka Jalasvirta, Certified Holistic Lifestyle & Nutrition Coach, for a unique blend of movement and nourishment.
Experience an immersive couples’ connection session to deepen trust and presence, followed by an interactive nutrition workshop where you’ll discover how fueling your body also nourishes your relationship. Through fun couple-based activities and live coaching, you’ll learn simple, practical strategies to boost energy, lift mood, and turn mealtimes into moments of connection. Our aim is for you to leave feeling inspired, energized, and more deeply connected – with tools you can start using at home right away!
And of course no event would be complete without a little gift. You will therefore also receive a goodie bag with small gifts to support your wellbeing. 🎁
