Weekly Training in Nature (Dana-Based)
🌳 Ready to move your body, connect with nature, and build a consistent practice this late summer and early autumn? ☀️
Join Embodied Living for our weekly outdoor training sessions! This is an invitation to step out of the clinic and into the open air, using movement to build strength, awareness, and a powerful sense of community.
WHAT IS IT?
Each 90-minute session is a dynamic exploration of movement designed to enhance your body connection and physical capabilities. We will be inspired by a unique blend of:
Manuvision Principles: Moving every part of the body while cultivating deep body awareness and presence.
Qi Gong and Meditation: Harnessing breath and gentle, flowing movements.
Own Bodyweight Training: Building functional strength and stability.
Animal & Rope Flows: Exploring dynamic, playful, and powerful movement patterns to improve coordination and mobility (we will use ropes for flow, not for intensity).
A PRACTICE OF GENEROSITY (DANA)
This training is offered based on the principle of Dana, a practice of cultivating generosity. This means it is freely offered, and you are freely invited to give a donation based on what you feel it is worth and what you are comfortably able to give. Nothing is expected and everything welcomed.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level or experience. The focus is on personal progress and mindful movement, not competition.

PRACTICAL INFO
Bring: Comfortable clothes for moving outdoors, a water bottle, and perhaps a yoga mat or blanket for any groundwork. Dress according to weather conditions.
