Welcome to the space of the heart, conscious movement, and meditation in the dance "Dance of Life"
This practice is open to anyone who is ready to move, explore the possibilities of their physical and energetic body, and bring awareness and wisdom of the heart into their life. The level of physical fitness, dance skills, age, gender, and even mood do not matter!
Through dance, breathing, and bringing attention to movement, we explore and learn to be attentive to the impulses of our body, letting go of discomfort, and finding the silence of presence and contact with the space of the heart.
Together we create an atmosphere of kindness, support, and safety, and the music and my accompaniment will help everyone to find their “Dance of Life” again and again.
What "Dance of Life" practice offers:

This practice was born in 2017 after Anna Prem Gita was immobilized after multiple fractures, including the spine.
When she got back on her feet, her personal practice
"Dance of Life" became a way to create a space of awareness and share the wisdom of the heart with the world.
In her life and work, she uses a holistic approach.
You can pay at the entrance.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in to preform the full range of movements. We usually dance barefoot. Bring a bottle of water.
