Stuck in your head? Feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or on the edge?
When stress takes over, it's easy to live in survival mode—spending the days not being connected to your body, energy, senses and inner calmness.
This workshop is a guided journey to finding your way back to yourself. You’ll be showing exercises through breathwork and intuitive movement, to explore what's stuck inside you, expanding the senses and re-awaken that inner spark. By this you will be invited to discover yourself in a curious and mindful way and learn what it feels like to shift from mental overload to embodied presence.
We begin with breathwork guided by Katrina, where you’ll learn how to breathe with rhythm and awareness. Starting gently, we’ll explore the breath as a tool to regulate the nervous system and build inner calm. From there, we’ll move into more energizing breathwork, designed to awaken and circulate your inner vitality.
With your energy stirred and flowing, Ea will guide you into embodied movement, inviting you to move, feel, and play. We use the power from the breathwork and turn it into a simple warm up to connect with the body, organs and nerve system. Then moving on into the unknown by exploring the sensation of our body to music, in a safe space where there's no right or wrong, this is your time.
Expect a nourishing blend of stillness and expression, curiosity and grounding. This is your space to listen, feel and land in yourself.
Note: This is a pilot workshop meaning, the concept is our first time trying it out. You’re more than welcome to bring feedback afterwards, may it be compliments or space for improvement as we wish to keep growing and learning new things.

👥 Meet the Facilitators
❤️Katrina is neurodivergent and spent most of her life stuck in her head, overwhelmed by a nervous system in constant fight-or-flight. 1.5 years ago, she discovered breathwork—and it changed everything. Through consistent practice, she learned how to regulate her system, find calm, and reconnect with her body. Grateful for how far she’s come, she’s now passionate about sharing these tools with others who feel the same disconnection she once did.
❤️Ea is a multidisciplinary artist with a wish to inspire others to grow and ground in their bodies. In 18', years of stress and fight/flight made her body shut down and she had to re-learn how to walk, twice, within a year making her realize the importance of bringing herself into resonance with her own self healing activation. First step was realizing how much power we have to re-wire our mental, physical and spiritual body. Next is to tap into what works for you. Her practice is rooted in the ying/yang philosophy and build up by a mix of her background in: chi gong, yoga, dance, singing, acting, martial arts and her sensory training education.
