Join us for a funky time at Inflow Studio in the heart of Nørrebro!
Not only is Cha-cha(-cha) a super fun and funky dance, it also is a great tool to work on dance timing, emphasis, and musicality. It's danced on2 (off-the-beat), and is often used as an introduction to dancing on2/mambo.
In this two hour workshop, we will focus on the basics of cha-cha, it's feel, how to emphasize the breaks, and how to get the "cha"s right.
Schedule:
⏰ 12.00 - 12.50 Basics of Chacha
⏰ 13.00 - 14.00 Chacha improver
⏰ 14.00 Lunch
We will do both solo steps and partner work in each of the two hours! No knowledge of chacha or LA-style salsa is required, but we expect that you are confidently dancing/stepping to the music for at least 3 months in any dance.
Join us for lunch afterwards around the area for some extra social time!
