Baghaven Distance Challenge NOTE: at 10:00!!!

How far can you run?

The fourth iteration of MRC Copenhagen's 'backyard' race sees some major changes. The new name 'Distance Challenge' signals a change toward challenging each and every participant to try to run (for) longer than you have perhaps ever done.

We still run on the classic 2K loop around Baghaven and we still have a set period of time to complete each loop which will be shorter for each lap. But the progression will be slower than previously and we have eliminated the fastest of paces.

Quite simply: we challenge all runners to try to run further than they have ever done before, be it 10K, 20K or to complete an actual ultra run!
