Take your Vinyasa practice to the next level with senior Yoga Instructor Carla Raleigh.
This 2 hour Vinyasa Masterclass will include Arm Balances, Backbends, Inversions, fun transitions, Handstands and a longer guided Savasana.
All levels are welcome! We will be building up to advanced poses during our sequence, you might just find your body and mind are more capable than you think!
