Where most modern yoga classes focus on how postures give the body a good stretch, our emphasis centres on developing deeper sensory awareness, which paves the way for an evergreen, calm mind.

YOKED(to connect, to bind) endeavours to bring yoga back towards its traditional roots, with an intention on the sacred practice's powerful application to life. Modern yoga makes us feel good in class, but the benefits can fade after leaving the studio. But most of life happens off the mat, so at YOKED, we teach how to apply Yoga to life. YOKED is yoga on the mat, for beyond the mat.
