Weekly Creative Healing Workshops

🌿 Tap into your creativity, release stress, and gently explore your inner world in a safe, nurturing space.
🎭 Each week features a unique healing theme and creative arts modality — no artistic skills needed, just curiosity.

💚 Each workshop includes:
🧘‍♀️ A guided meditation to activate your relaxation response
🎨 A creative arts therapy session (may include painting, journaling, collage, creative writing & more)
💬 Time to reflect and share in a supportive group
🕉 A soothing sound healing to finish

📦 Please bring:
📓 An art & writing journal
🖌 Any favourite art supplies (optional – materials are provided too)
💧 Water bottle, yoga mat, cushion/blanket for comfort during sound healing
