Mindfulness in Nature: Educator Event

Join Dr. Jan Wellik, UW-La Crosse Environmental Studies professor from 9-12 to explore forest bathing, nature journaling, and mindfulness in nature. Workshop content is geared toward middle and high school educators, but can be adapted for lower grades. Participants will receive printed and digital instructional materials.Registration includes light refreshments and a 1-year membership to Wisconsin Association for Environmental Education (a $40 value!)
