💜 Staying connected while riding your horse, working on energy- breathing - calming, to soften your horde through smooth gate transitions
💜 Putting this into practice using meaningful exercises tailored to you and your horse. Using your body to connect rather than your hands and reins.
💜 Build a deep connection with your horse and yourself
