Village Sunday Session - Reformer Pilates & Recovery

Move, stretch, and connect in this special Village Sunday Session designed to nourish body and mind.

You’ll start with a 60-minute full-body Reformer Pilates session — a dynamic class that blends strength, control, and flow, followed by an extended stretch and cool-down for deep relaxation.

After class, we’ll take a short walk to The Recovery Hive, where you’ll join the yoga crew for sauna, ice bath, and a cheeky Christmas cheers with friends old and new.

It’s the perfect Sunday reset — movement, recovery, and connection all in one afternoon. Come solo, bring your partner, or gather a few friends.
