Our Ecstatic Soul Journey is running every month in Coolum Beach, where we celebrate the joy of movement and the power of community. This unique gathering offers a safe and welcoming space for individuals of all backgrounds to express themselves freely through dance. Whether you’re an experienced dancer or a complete beginner, our event is designed to help you connect with your body, mind, and soul in a profound way.
💫 Ecstatic Dance is more than just moving to music — it’s a journey of self-discovery and expression. It’s about connecting with your body, surrendering to the music, and releasing energies that no longer serve you. For Nate, it’s a way of sharing high-vibrational and creative moments with a community, inviting others to join him in embracing the magic of movement and music.
🌟 What to Expect
🌀 Yoga Session ~ We begin our event with a grounding yoga session, led by experienced instructors, to help you center yourself and connect with your breath. This practice will prepare your mind and body for the dance journey ahead.
🌀 Ecstatic Dance ~ Nate will guide you on a musical journey that encourages free-form movement and self-expression. Dancing in noble silence on the dance floor, the eclectic mix of music will help you let go of inhibitions and move freely. There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to move – just follow your body’s natural rhythm and let the music guide you.
This practice also helps to regulate your nervous system, promoting a state of calm and relaxation. Embrace the flow, feel the music, and allow your mind and body to find harmony.
🌀 Quantum Meditation ~ After the dance, we will transition into a quantum meditation session. This meditation is designed to help you embody the person you want to be in your life. By connecting to the quantum field of limitless potential, you will visualise and align with your true career path, personal aspirations, and highest self. This transformative practice will integrate the energy of the dance and anchor your intentions into your reality.
🌀 Sound Healing ~ Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations that harmonise mind and body. Simply relax, tune into your breath and senses, and observe your thoughts without judgment, embracing a state of mindful awareness.
🌀 Human Connection ~ Our event is not just about dancing; it’s about creating a community where everyone feels welcome and supported. We foster an inclusive environment to share our soul’s voice and support each other. During the ecstatic dance, we treat it as a moving meditation. In our circle, we maintain noble silence, allowing everyone to stay in the flow and connect deeply with themselves. At the end of the event, we come together as a Soul Tribe, forming meaningful connections that can last a lifetime.
🌀 Regular Gatherings ~ We’re excited to share that our Ecstatic Soul Journey will now be happening every month! The only exception this year is April, but we’ll be back the following month, ready to dance with you!

✨ Move however you wish: There are no specific steps or routines. Let your body guide you.
✨ Respect silence: Treat the dance as a moving meditation. On the dance floor, maintain Noble Silence to allow everyone to stay in their flow and their meditative state.
✨ Respect personal space: Be mindful of others' space. Dance alone or with others only if there is mutual agreement.
✨ Barefoot dancing if possible: Dance barefoot to fully connect with the ground and enhance your experience.
✨ No phones or cameras: Keep electronic devices away to maintain the present, immersive experience.
✨ No drugs or alcohol: The event is a substance-free space. Embrace the natural high of music and movement.
✨ Please avoid strong perfumes, as some people may be sensitive to scents.
✨ Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water and take care of your body.
✨ Support each other: Create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels supported.

❣️ Meet Nate ~ Nate, originally from Paris with Laotian heritage, has been immersed in the art of dance since childhood. Raised in the vibrant Lao Community party scene, his teenage years were filled with house parties, nightclubs, and free-spirited gatherings in nature. Nate discovered the transformative power of dance early on, finding solace and joy in its rhythms.
~ Nate living now in Coolum Beach, wears many hats: from guiding you through ecstatic dance as a facilitator and setting the mood with his DJ skills, to utilising his skills as an NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist, meditation teacher to enhance your experience. With his diverse skill set and deep passion for transformation, Nate invites you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and pure joy through movement, music, and mindfulness.
❣️ Meet Emmajane Love ~ Serious achiever turned playful provocateur, Emmajane is here to unlock the magic of connection through the power of play.
Over the last 5 years Emmajane has been sparking joy, creativity and connection through her play workshops and events, bringing people together in unexpected and profound ways. She’s helped thousands of people drop their masks, find their play personalities, and say yes to experiencing deeper connection and fuller expression.
Emmajane’s blend of games and storytelling is all about getting deep, having fun, and embracing the messy magic of being human. She's here to give you the permission to be seen and to do what makes you come alive!
❣️ Meet Tayla Chantè ~ a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and Reiki Level 2 practitioner ~ who brings her passion for somatic healing and soulful connection to the floor. Her intention is to ground you in your body and awaken your energy through intuitive movement before we open into the
full ecstatic dance journey.
Get ready to move to the beats curated by Nate himself who is going to create an atmosphere where you can let loose, surrender to the music, and unleash your creativity through movement. With his carefully selected tracks, Nate sets the stage for an unforgettable ecstatic dance experience.
