The Spirit of the Elements : Earth Day Retreat

Day Retreat to explore the Earth Element with acupuncturist Anne-Marie Fouche and Louise Windsor.

Join us to explore the Chinese Medicine element of Earth in the season of Late Summer. Themes include coming home to yourself, grounding, nourishment and peace of mind.

This day retreat is part of a year long training series in five parts to delve deeper into the sophisticated model of the Five Elements (wu xing) and the ways that this perspective can be understood in everyday life to bring health and balance. This certified course is taught by Acupuncturist Anne- Marie Fouche and Senior Yin Yoga Teacher Louise Windsor. Book here to attend the first day of this series : The Earth Element.
