Conquer your fear of open water with our two-part SWIM PROGRAM. This program boosts your confidence in ocean swimming through personalised coaching with our Head Coach Phil in small groups of 10 and support from an additional water safety team member.
SWIM PROGRAM 1 starts with a discussion covering the basics of reading coastal conditions, including wind, swell, tides, seafloor, and waves.
Next, you'll enjoy a 60-minute practical segment that teaches essential skills like diving, navigating the break, adjusting your stroke, sighting, and body surfing—a highlight for past participants.
The morning wraps up with a 30-minute group debrief, where Phil reviews the material and shares his favourite app to support your ongoing learning.
