About the event

The Bend Class™ - Lower Back Intensive

No matter your level of mobility, having a goal is key!
This class is for all levels, beginner to advanced, to help you with spinal decompression, posture, alignment and strength.
This class will help with hip, lower back, and lower body pain relief. This class will also give you the building blocks to achieve center, left and right splits, if so desired.
