Allow yourself to rejuvenate and reset from the week as the crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments blissfully calms your nervous system.

Sara Beer with The Higher Vibration has been offering monthly Sound Bath experiences for 2+ years hosts wellness day retreats offers meditation sessions is an artist and is the author of The Oracle and Foundations: Poetry For Rebuilding A Broken Heart. She believe that the wisdom lives within us and through coming back to center we can begin to access natural healing and deeper awareness. Through mindful practices one can “rise higher & connect deeper."
