Sound Healing in the Garden

The OM-azing collaboration with Sweets Roots Gardens & Heart and Soul Healing Essentials is one you won’t want to miss!

Explore the beautiful grounds of Sweet Roots Gardens before immersing yourself in the synergy of sacred sounds and guided meditation. Denise will play crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, gongs, and more! Give yourself the gift of relaxation and inner peace through the transformative power of sound.

Denise is an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Sound Healer, Guided Meditation Facilitator, and Reiki Master Teacher. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket, pillow, or props for comfort. Additional props will not be available at the Garden- plan accordingly.

This is an outdoor event. In inclement weather, the session will be held at Cadence Yoga Center.

Sweet Roots Gardens is located at 234 Mathews Rd in Conway. (please be sure to enter Mathews with one "t" into the GPS).

Cost: $30/person, non-refundable.
