🎿Weekly Group Conditioning Class

💥 A focused, high-energy conditioning session built to fire up your quads, glutes, core, and lungs — the exact muscles and systems you’ll rely on when carving down Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat, or your favorite hidden stashes in the Valley.
🔥Progressive Strength Program (Optional Upgrade)
One customized strength day per week, programmed just for you. After a movement assessment, Coach Jim will design your personal plan inside our semi-private personal training sessions. Whether you’re building a foundation or chasing peak performance, you’ll get exactly what your body needs to ski longer, stronger, and with more confidence.

Spots are limited (because semi-private strength programming isn’t a giant free-for-all). Non-members are welcome too!
