Go Outside: Yoga in the Backyard!

Cooler mornings are here! Let's practice yoga together in the studio backyard. Beginner/Intermediate level class.

Use your current package, purchase a drop-in or donate whatever you can afford. There is a donation payment option if you pay online or you can pay cash day of.

Bring your own mat or towel or whatever you want to practice on. We suggest a mat with a sheet or blanket underneath as the ground might be damp and the sheet can also keep any bugs from getting on your mat. :)
