About the event

End of Summer Fostering Event
Make the last days of summer last with a foster pet from the Horry County Animal Care Center!

Our goal? Place 30 dogs in foster homes during the event.

You can pick up your foster pet on August 12 or 13, 2025. Plan to have the pet stay with you through August 15, 2025.

Participating fosters receive pet supplies and back-to-school supplies!
