Back to School Fostering Event

Change the life of a foster pet from the Horry County Animal Care Center!

Our goal? Place 30 dogs in foster homes for the event.

You can pick up your foster pet on August 12 or 13, 2025. Plan to have the pet stay with you through August 15, 2025.

Participating fosters receive pet supplies and back-to-school supplies (while supplies last)!
