Professional artist James Chonody’s art gallery are truly incredible and so are his life experiences.

James Chonody
Born in Indiana raised in Florida I spent 50 years in the engineering field, retiring 7 years ago l took up painting. I've always been artistic but never pursued it much. Painting saved my life and gave me sobriety after a life of addiction. I have sold over 2000 pieces in the past 6 years painting over 2400 paintings. I do commission work as well as Portraits my main subject is Florida. My style is impressionism. I work in acrylics on black canvas and plein air, my specialty is painting live and bringing memories onto canvas.
I also run a personal goodwill effort called " Free portraits for grieving families" where I gift a free portraits to parents who have lost their children tragically.

James will be our special guest painting & sharing at our monthly Art ministry meeting. Invite everyone to come!!
