Servants Day

Join us on July 13th, 2025 at 12:00 pm for our wonderful "Servant’s Day"at Constable Hall.
This is a fantastic opportunity for young and old alike to step back in time and experience life "Living like a Servant"!
Get ready for a day filled with exciting traditional skills demonstrations and hands-on activities! Here's just a taste of what we have in store for you:
Flint and steel fire building with our "resident mountain man," Derek Carpenter (if he can make it out!)
Hatchet throwing
Old-fashioned laundry
Hand-cranked ice cream
Butter churning
Sawing wood by hand
Knitting and spinning
Haying, scythes, and furrowing
Printmaking
Taxidermy and wood carving
Plus, we'll be showcasing many fascinating items that have been tucked away in the Servants Quarters—come and see what hidden treasures await!
