GSK's Science in the Summer will take place on Thursday, July 31st from 10am until 3pm at the Conshohocken Free Library. Space is limited to 20 participants. Please register each child separately. PLEASE let us know if your plans change and you need to cancel. We will offer your spot to another child on the waitlist.
Things to Know:
Drop off at the library begins at 10am and children must arrive by 10:30am. Pick up is at 3pm.
Children should be entering Grades 2 to 5 as of Fall 2025.
Children may be taken to Mary Wood Park or Library Lawn to complete some activities.
Children should bring a snack, lunch and refillable water bottle.
If your child is sick 24 hours before SIS date, please keep them home and notify us of cancellation.
2024 Science in the Summer Theme- Be a Health Scientist!
The Be a Health Scientist program invites children to take on the role of scientists as they investigate the various jobs that are available to them in the field of Health Sciences. The activities encourage children to practice scientific techniques and explore the following careers: Cardiologist, Dietitian, Epidemiologist, Athletic Trainer, Orthopedic Doctor.
