Energy-Connect Couple's Class

Celebrate connection with intention. This Energy-Connected Couples Tai Chi Class, led by Sensi Diane, is a gentle, guided experience designed to help couples slow down, move together, and reconnect on a deeper level.

Through flowing Tai Chi movements, breathwork, and partner awareness exercises, couples will explore balance, harmony, and energetic connection in a relaxed, supportive setting. No prior Tai Chi experience is needed — this class is beginner-friendly and focused on presence, not perfection.
