Early Preschool Enrollment 2025-2026- New Students Only
Early enrollment for Head Start and Title Preschool (On My Way PreK) students will be Monday, May 5, 2025. Enrollment times will be 9:00-11:00am, 12:00-2:00pm, and 3:00-6:00pm.
Head Start is open to students who turn 3 years old by August 1, 2025, and are NOT eligible for kindergarten. Families may qualify by income, TANF, Food Stamps, or SSI Disability. Proof of income or assistance will be required. A copy of the child's birth certificate will also be required for enrollment. Income documentation can include any of the following: food stamp qualification letter (the card alone will not work), 2024 tax forms, 1 month of check stubs, TANF letter of qualification, SSI letter of qualification, or foster placement letter.
Title Preschool will be filled with students who qualify for "On My Way PreK" first. Parents/ guardians will need to apply on the May 5th date. There will be a representative from "On MY Way Pre-K" on-site to help you with the applications.
On My Way PreK Qualifications:
1. Students must be 4 years old before August 1, 2025 to apply.
2. Must completely fill out the application and submit all documentation needed.
3. Families enrolling should bring birth certificates for all children in the home, utility bill (within 30 days of May 5th) with parent/guardian name and address, parent/guardian photo ID, and a pay stub from each working adult in the home (within the last 30 days).
-Documents are not required May 5th, but preschool spots will not be held unless all documents are submitted. See the flyer below for more information.
-All remaining spots, for those who do not qualify, will be given on a first come/first serve basis during registration on July 22nd (12:00-6:00pm) and 23rd (8:30-3:30pm).
