A little about your instructor Laura:

Yoga found me about 15+ years ago when I had no real understanding of what it was and actual interest in wellness/fitness. I was hooked immediately. Since then it became a place where I can find peace, healing, and sometimes a good workout. Stillness for someone who doesn’t really like being still.
My goal is to offer a relaxed and fun class accessible for everybody, every body!

Music and flow are likely to be a little unconventional and maybe even a little offbeat. Don’t be surprised if you hear some beachy reggae, classic rock, current music, and possibly some songs you know.

YHL is such a welcoming studio with a fabulous sense of community and support. We fall, we laugh, and might even swear a time or two, but we always have a great time!

Can’t wait to meet you where you are, on your mat!
