About the event

Langdale Marathon and Half
A stunning, hilly lap of the Langdale Valleys with 1709' / 518m of ascent, a 1 in 4 climb and some of the most epic views you'll see in the Lake District National Park.

The Marathon completes two laps of the course, making it the toughest road marathon in Europe (unless someone finds a hillier one)!

Brought to you by Lakeland Trails, home of the most scenic trail marathon in the the country.
