Welcome to Gentle Hatha Yoga with Laura.
We’ll begin with breath work, connecting breath with body, setting a foundation for presence and focus. Then, we’ll move into poses, holding each a bit longer to create space for a deep inner connection. Through these mindful, slow movements, we’ll build strength, flexibility, and balance that resonate beyond the mat.
To close, you’re invited to a peaceful 15-minute meditation, offering a chance to quiet the mind and release any remaining tension. You’ll leave feeling calm, centered, and ready to carry this peace with you.
