Towards Timbersbrook - 9 miles - moderate

Climbing up through woodland we will walk beneath the Troughstone Ridge where good views of the Cheshire Plain can be seen. Towards Timbersbrook we will pass below the Cloud, a prominent hill on the border between Staffordshire and Cheshire. We continue along a section of the Biddulph Valley Way before climbing to Congleton Edge to once again enjoy scenic views, The walk eventually drops down to the car park at Biddulph. A picturesque walk using footpaths, lanes, old railway tracks and farmland.

Bring drinks and a packed lunch as there will be stops.
