Thyme to Learn: Herbal Foraging 101

Autumn Joy Natural Wellness in collaboration with @ONehDa Vineyard, are proud to present:

Thyme to Learn: Herbal Foraging 101

A foraging class for adults to identify local flora and their medicinal properties. We will be traversing the forest near Hemlock Lake at O-Neh-Da winery to identify several wild herbs and plants. We will collect leaves to brew a tea and learn valuable knowledge from herbalist, Autumn Stevens.

The workshop will include a step-by step herbal shadow painting by artist, Crystal Joy. Participants will receive a canvas and painting supplies along with their Foraging Kit.

The afternoon will conclude with a glass of premium Finger Lakes wine and tour of one of the last sacramental wineries left in the world who produce their own wine from local grapes!
