Holistic Yoga Flow & Social
Come join us at our Holistic Yoga Flow & Social event! Located at the beautiful Village studio, this in-person event is the perfect opportunity to flow and connect with like-minded individuals. Holistic yoga flow embraces principles of slowing down building strength, mobility and balance. Class will end with a guided down chakra meditation. After class stay to enjoy the space, connect, unwind with light refreshments (non-alc) provided.
Don't forget your mat ! Free street parking available.
