Park Run

Kelston Quinn and Temperance have been doing park run at Riverway a 5k run that kicks off at 7am nearly every Saturday of the year, and is a great way to build fitness and record your time, Kelston ran a PB about a month ago of 24 minutes and 1 second Quinn his 9 year old brother had beaten his previous PB a few weeks earlier with a time of 24:16, so Kel was determined to get the title back lol. He hasn’t done under 25 minutes since. It’s a great format to improve your time and compete against each other.
