Whole Body Vibration at Concord MA Branch Library

With assistance from her sheepadoodle Panda Bear, Becky Chambers will introduce Whole Body Vibration, an exercise and therapeutic system developed in the 1970s. Becky will describe its benefits for body, mind, and spirit, and participants will have the opportunity to try a gentle vibration machine.
