The Battle at Historic Bost Grist Mill

The Historic Bost Grist Mill is delighted to host its 19th annual 'Battle of Bost Grist Mill' event on September 20th and 21st, 2025. This event provides a unique opportunity for the public to experience the daily lives of Southern and Northern soldiers during encampment, their roles prior to and during battle, as well as civilian life, culminating in a battle reenactment between the South and North.

We appreciate the public's past participation, our reenactors' exceptional performances, and the volunteers' contributions to the success of previous Civil War Reenactments.

The Battle will take place at 2:00 pm on both Saturday, September 20th, and Sunday, September 21st.

On Saturday, September 20th, attendees can tour the camps before and after the battle, while on Sunday, September 21st, camp tours must be completed before the battle.

Admission prices are $15 for Adults (13 years and older) and Free for Ages 0-12 years old.
