Please come out and enjoy 15 different types of beautiful sunflowers! Pick your own, take selfies, drink some wine and make sure you tag us! $1-3/blossom.

We are excited to have Native Chef Jordan Rainbolt create a menu based on this beautiful flower. Each course features sunflowers in a creative and delicious way and is paired with a Dover Vineyards Wine. Non-Alcoholic tickets are available. A portion of the proceeds will benefit pollinator conservation efforts!
WELCOME BITES

-Blue corn masa. Mushroom Al pastor. Sunseed salsa macha.
COURSE 1
Grilled greens. Baby romaine. Seared dandelion. Sumac shallots. Sunseed vinaigrette.

Pasture raised pork belly. Smoked peach grit cake. Pickled Okra. Sunflower garlic toum.
(Veg option: summer squash)
COURSE 3
Pine smoked brisket. Coal roasted sunchoke purée. Sunflower leaf and seed chimichurri.
Birds Eye Chili oil.
(Veg option: Charred blue oyster mushrooms)
COURSE 4
Smoked sunflower oil cake. Summer berry compote. Sunflower honey. Chicory cream.
