Glow Yoga at CBC

Glow Yoga at Cabarrus Brewing — $10

Ready to glow? Join us Wednesday, Oct 29 from 6:30–7:30 PM for an all-levels yoga class under blacklights. We’ll paint up (optional), stretch it out, and have a blast together.


🌟 What to expect

• Playful, all levels yoga flow

• Glow paint station to decorate yourself

• Optional costumes (go wild or keep it simple!)

• Leave your stress at the door - get out of your head & into your moves

• Post-class hangs -grab a drink and a bite at Cabarrus Brewery, say hi, make a friend


Bring: a mat + water. Wear white/neon for extra pop under the lights. (optional)

Tickets: $10 (pay at the door or reserve your spot)
