GLOW F- It Flow

Welcome to our very own F It Flow! Where swearing, screaming, stomping your feet, and hitting the mat is encouraged.

This Vinyasa-style class starts off strong and then tapers off as we release energy. Bring your beverage of choice and your mat to scream our way through poses and curse chaturanga. Instead of calming, we're releasing!

And for an extra Worthy twist - we are turning on the blacklights and breaking out the glow paint to set your rage aglow! :)
