🧠 Learn how to think smart, act fast, and protect yourself.
💪 Practice techniques to respond to real-world scenarios—grabs, chokes, strikes & more.
👣 Barefoot or grippy socks only (no street shoes)
💧 Don’t forget your water bottle!
