Info: This FREE one-hour class is built for people interested and trying Kick Boxing and Krav Maga (self defense) for the first time. You will learn a few of the basic moves while experiencing the feel and pace of our classes. If you've always wondered if this might be "your thing" but you were reluctant to step onto the mat with a bunch of folks who are already experienced, THIS is the session for you (and your friends!).
