Welcome to our very own F*ck It Flow! Where all levels - and feelings - are welcome.

And this time around, we're redefining Ladies' Night by inviting you all to let go of any pent-up feminine rage you may have accrued during 2025. Let's leave it all on the mat before entering the New Year! Not quite feeling that fiery? You can bring your minor grievances, too. ;)

This Vinyasa-style class features a curated playlist meant to help you feel your feels - we'll start off strong and then taper down as we release energy.

Bring your beverage of choice (whether that's a beer or something non-alcoholic) - because why the eff not? Instead of calming, we're releasing!
