Yuletide Yin: A Winter Escape

Step out of the holiday rush and into stillness with this 60-minute yin yoga class designed to offer deep, mindful stretches to nourish the connective tissue, release areas of tension, and quite the mind. Through this introspective practice, we’ll tap into the reflective energy of winter and create space to simply be.

After class, enjoy a warm cup of seasonal tea and take time to journal — offering a moment of pause, presence, and grounding during the busiest time of year. All levels welcome!
