Building Boundaries and Staying Shielded

Join us for this repeat class about building and reinforcing our personal shields.
Many of us understand that energy is needed to maintain and accomplish everyday tasks, and something that we experience on an ongoing basis. Humans are social creatures, so touching and absorbing other energies can be inevitable. In this class we will discuss ways to heal our energetic bubbles, and protect ourselves while still maintaining open hearts and minds.
