Kundalini yoga!

We’re so grateful for everyone who joined us last weekend for our very first class! 🌿 The energy and connection was beautiful.

This Friday we gather again:)

Come as you are. Bring a water bottle, blanket, or pillow if you’d like to be extra comfortable. The dojo floor is fully matted, so all you really need is yourself and an open heart.

We’ll tune in together, warm up, move through a powerful kriya, and then relax deeply in savasana. Afterwards, we’ll close with tea and connection. 💫
