Free Women's Self Defence Workshop

Free Women's Self Defence Workshop
Sunday, November 2nd, from 12:00pm-2:00pm.
We are hosting a free Woman and Teen Self Defence workshop at our facility.
The workshop will include a discussion on the self-defense mindset, legal tools for self defence, and basic striking and grappling techniques to escape and evade a possible altercation.
This workshop is open to the public. No experience required.
