Introduction to Mountain Biking

Ever dreamt of conquering a winding singletrack trail on your bike? Now's your chance! Join our FREE, welcoming ride designed for women of all ages, sizes, shapes, and experience levels. We're proud to be inclusive of the LGBTQ+ community and women of color.

Before we hit the trails, we'll cover essential riding fundamentals and safety tips. Then, we'll embark on a fun, supportive ride, stopping to practice and refine our skills at key sections of the trail.

What to bring:

Your bike (any type is welcome!)
A properly fitted helmet
A water bottle to stay hydrated
Your enthusiasm and a smile!

Disclosures: LMBS is not a professional group and is not responsible for injuries. We will discuss our mountain biking experiences but this is not a certified teaching group. Events are subject to change based on weather and trail conditions.
