Hot Flash Run Club - Track workout

Join us Thursday mornings at 6 AM at the Comstock Park High School track!
Whether you're a runner or a walker, you're welcome here.

Each week, a track workout will be provided—but you're also welcome to do your own thing.
Come move at your own pace, get a workout in, and enjoy the accountability of showing up with others.
