Freezer Meal Prep Workshop

Grab a friend and enjoy a fun night out! Prep 8 healthy and delicious meals. You will receive a grocery list for the ingredients needed, labels to organize the meals you take home, some of the spices needed, prep
space and use of gadgets and utensils needed to prep food.

Meals featured:
Lemon pesto chicken
Southwest chicken
Hot honey feta chicken
Mozzarella and spinach meatloaf
Lemon garlic butter chicken thighs
Balsamic beef roast
Chicken quinoa soup
Chicken asparagus sheet pan dinner

Space is limited. One person per ticket, please. This ensures a comfortable work space for everyone.
