I am super excited to announce that I will be hosting monthly Immersive Sound Baths at the Yoga Shed in Crieff on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. The price is £20 per person.

The evening sound bath is specially curated to bring deep relaxation, while the morning session is designed to relax and awaken you with energy for the new day.

I have been working on these immersive experiences for some time and am thrilled to finally offer them.

This marks the beginning of regular monthly sessions, taking you on a deep dive into the power of sound.

It’s more than just a single class—it's an immersive experience that fosters deep relaxation and a sense of community.
